Online Return Policy
We will accept returns of full price items postmarked within 5 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend that all returns be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Ella's will not claim responsibility for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

Clothing items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with the original tags attached.
In-Store Return Policy
Since you were able to touch and feel the item (and able to try on clothing for fit and feel) we will accept returns for STORE CREDIT on full price, unworn, unwashed items with tags within 14 days of the purchase date.
All sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
books, eyewear, jewelry, bath products, pillows or gift cards
